- Replace the batteries.
- Check that there are no obstructions between the sensor on the cable set-top box and the transmitter on the remote control. There must be a clear line of sight between the box and the remote.
- If the error message is number 1103 or 232, please Contact Us and tell us which number appeared.
- If the error message has any other number, please reboot your cable set-top box.
- The remote may need to be reprogrammed. For assistance, visit the Program Your Remote tool or the Equipment and Instruction Manuals page and click on Remotes.
