1. Replace the batteries.
2. Check that there are no obstructions between the sensor on the Set-Top Box and the transmitter on the remote control. There must be a clear line of sight between the two.
3. If the error message is number 1103 or 232, please contact us and tell us which number appeared.
4. If the error message has any other number, reboot your Set-Top Box.
