Question:

Can I use the TWC TV app with my RR Lite or RR Basic service?

Answer:

TWC‘s recommendation is that you have RR Standard or higher high speed data service when using the app. EarthLink Cable High Speed Standard or CableMax service will also allow TWC video customers to access the app.  TWC TV™ is a high-definition video product, and HD video cannot be supported at lower data rates.

 

 

Certain TWC TV™ app features may not be available in all areas.
