How do I activate Parental Controls on TWC TV™ for Roku®?

Answer:

  1. Sign in to MyServices.
  2. From the MyAccount or MyTV tab, scroll to the TWC TV for Devices module and choose Edit blocked channels.
  3. Activate the lock icon for the channels you want to block (it will change to red).
  4. Restart the TWC TV™ for Roku® by signing out.

Note: These settings only apply to your TWC TV apps. To manage Parental Controls settings for your TV, modify the settings on your set-top box using your remote control.
