What do I need in order to use the TWC TV Android Smartphone app?

Answer:

You will need all of the following to use the TWC TV Android Smartphone app:

 

  • Android phones running the 2.1 “Éclair” or higher operating system
  • Time Warner Cable video package (Standard/Expanded Basic level or higher)
  • WiFi or cellular connection
  • Time Warner Cable Username & Password
  • Compatible cable box or DVR is required.  Motorola iGuide and analog video customers are ineligible for the app. Click here to view compatible cable boxes.
