Can I customize the program guide on the TWC TV for iPhone app?

Answer:

You have the ability to filter the channels displayed in the program guide by:

  • Favorites only: Create a favorites list by tapping the settings icon, then favorites and selecting all of your favorite channels (or add channels individually by tapping on the channel logo from within the program guide).  Then, tap Filter: to select “Favorites Only” option. The guide will display listings for your favorite channels only.
    (Note – this feature operates independently from the favorite channels you may have identified on your cable box.)
  • HD:  By tapping the filter button located in the top right and selecting “High Def Only”, the guide will display HD channels only.
