Which cable boxes are unsupported for the guide, channel tuning and DVR scheduling features of TWC TV iPad app?

Answer:

Motorola and Scientific Atlanta set-top boxes and DVRs running the iGuide or Sara interactive program guides are not currently supported.

If your cable box is not currently supoprted, you may be able to exchange it for a compatible cable box in some areas. Regardless, you can still use TWC TV™ for iPad to view live TV. We are working hard to develop a version of TWC TV™ for iPad that will be compatible with more set-top box models.

Certain TWC TV™ iPad app features may not be available in all areas.
