To view more details about a message in your list scroll to that message and when it's highlighted, press the Select button on your remote. A new Voicemail Options screen will display and provide you with the Name, the number (if available) and time the message was left. You will also see a list of actions you can take to manage that message.
Call Voicemail automatically places a call to the Voicemail system so you can listen to your messages. Your Home Phone will ring and when you answer, it will complete the call to the voicemail system so you can listen to your messages as you normally do.
Clear Voicemail deletes that particular message from Voicemail and the Voicemail list.
Call Back automatically places a call to the person/number that left you the message. Your Home Phone will ring and when you answer, it will complete the call to the person that left the message.
Note: At this time VoiceZone® on TV is only available in the Raleigh market.
