Why does one TV in my home have VoiceZone® and another still has the old Caller ID?:


VoiceZone® on TV is supported by certain box types. Boxes that do not support the service will maintain Caller ID service. Contact your local TWC Store regarding their policy on replacing the non-VoiceZone box.


Note: At this time VoiceZone® on TV is only available in the Raleigh market.
