TV >> Whole House HD-DVR >> Parental Controls >> Do Parental Controls work the same way within Whole House HD-DVR as they did for individual set-top boxes?
Question:
Do Parental Controls work the same way within Whole House HD-DVR as they did for individual set-top boxes?
Answer:
Parental Controls and Blocking are specific to each set-top box. If you record a program on a host set-top box in the living room and set Parental Controls to block playback, that control will apply only to the Host set-top box in the living room. To block a program on all set-top boxes in the home network, use the Settings Menu to enable Parental Control on each set-top box in your home.
