What should I do if I cannot playback a Recording?:


Your home network can support simultaneous playback of a limited number of streams. The maximum number is based on the number of Set-Top Boxes streaming content, the quality of the wiring in your home and the distance between those Set-Top Boxes. It is a rare condition, but you may not be able to play a recording because your home network is playing back the maximum number of recordings that can be streamed at one time. Stop playback on another cable box then try to play it on the selected Set-Top Box. If you continue to have connectivity problems, please contact us.
