Here’s how to get your upgraded modem:

●  Internet only customers: Complete this form to have your modem shipped
    to you via FedEx.

OR

●  Internet with Phone customers: If you have Home Phone service and use just one
    modem for both Phone and Internet, visit a Time Warner Cable store to pick up your
    modem in person or Contact us.

 

If you own your own modem, please consult our Buy Your Modem guidelines. You may also opt to lease a new modem from us.

● you need your modem refreshed remotely
