Call Forwarding: No Answer | Time Warner Cable.

  1. Click the Settings tab to see the Summary of Settings screen.
  2. Select Call Forwarding.
  3. Scroll down to Call Forwarding: No Answer and check the "Forward all calls to" box to enable this feature.
  4. To forward to voicemail, click the Voicemail radio button.
  5. To forward to a phone number, enter a Phone Number or click the radio button in order to select a number from the drop-down menu. All calls will be forwarded to this number.
  6. To specify the number of times the phone rings before forwarding, select the number of rings from the drop-down menu.
  7. To save your changes, click the Save button at the top right.
  8. If you subscribe to more than one phone line, you can select an alternate number to manage in the For Phone Line drop-down menu.
