Selective Call Forwarding | Time Warner Cable

  1. Click the Settings tab to see the Summary of Settings screen.
  2. Select Call Forwarding.
  3. Scroll down to Selective Call Forwarding and check the "Forward certain callers to this number" box to enable this feature.
  4. Enter a Phone Number or click the radio button in order to select a number from the drop-down menu. All calls will be forwarded to this number.
  5. In the "Forward calls from" field, enter the phone number you want calls forwarded from and click the + icon. This number will be added to your Selective Call Forwarding List.
  6. You can edit the Contact Name for a number by clicking the Contact Name icon next to the number.
  7. To remove a number from the Selective Call Forwarding List, click the X icon next to the phone number.
  8. To save your changes, click the Save button at the bottom right.
  9. If you subscribe to more than one phone line, you can select an alternate number to manage in the For Phone Line drop-down menu.
