Unconditional Call Forwarding | Time Warner Cable

  1. Click the Settings tab to see the Summary of Settings screen.
  2. Select Call Forwarding.
  3. Check the "Forward all calls to" box to enable this feature.
  4. Enter a Phone Number or click the radio button in order to select a number from the drop-down menu. All calls will be forwarded to this number.
  5. To save your changes, click the Save button at the top right.
  6. If you subscribe to more than one phone line, you can select an alternate number to manage in the For Phone Line drop-down menu.
