Disabling Call Forwarding: No Answer | Time Warner Cable

  1. Click the Settings tab to see the Summary of Settings screen.
  2. Select Call Forwarding.
  3. Scroll down to Call Forwarding: No Answer and uncheck the "Forward all calls to" box to disable this feature.
  4. To save your changes, click the Save button at the top right.
  5. If you subscribe to more than one phone line, you can select an alternate number to manage in the For Phone Line drop-down menu.
