Managing Your Voicemail Message List | Time Warner Cable

  1. In VoiceZone®, click the Voicemail tab to see all of your voicemails listed.

  2. To mark a message as new, check the box to the left of the message, then click Mark as New. You'll see a dot next to new messages.

  3. You can add callers that have left you voicemail messages to specific lists. Check the box to the left of the message, then click Apply More Actions to add a number to your Selective Call Forwarding, Selective Call Blocking or Distinctive Ring lists.
