Setting Up Text Message Notifications | Time Warner Cable

  1. Click the Settings tab.

  2. Select Notify Me by Text Message.

  3. From the dropdown menu, click Select Your Mobile Provider and select your provider.

  4. Enter your cell phone number, starting with the area code, in the To: field then click Add.

  5. Repeat Step 4 to add up to 4 more numbers.

  6. Check the box to the right of each cell number if you want a text messaged transcription of the voicemail. Note: To receive text transcriptions, you need to turn on Voicemail to Text

  7. To save your changes, click the Save button at the top right.

  8. If you subscribe to more than one phone line, you can select an alternate number to manage in the For Phone Line drop-down menu.
