Forgot username or password? Register for a TWC ID
Select Account Settings in the Entourage drop-down menu.
In Accounts, select Mail in the New drop-down menu.
Enter your TWC email address and click the Right Arrow button.
Click the Right Arrow button again if the Automatic Configuration fails.
Enter your Name, TWC email address, account ID, and password.
Note: The account ID is what is located before @ in your email address.
Enter your POP Server Address and SMTP Server Address. Then click the Right Arrow button.
Note: Your POP and SMTP Server Addresses have the same domain as your email address, such as pop-server.nyc.rr.com or smtp-server.tnyc.rr.com.
Click the Verify My Settings button to ensure your settings are correct.
When the verification is complete, click the Right Arrow button.
Enter an Account name to display in Entourage and click the Finish button.
To check for new mail, select Send & Receive All or your TWC webmail in the Send & Receive drop-down menu.
To edit your account settings, select Account Settings in the Entourage drop-down menu.
Select your TWC Mail account and then click the Edit icon.
Click the Account Settings tab to edit your POP and SMTP Server Addresses.
