Retrieving or Resetting Your Road Runner Password | Time Warner Cable

Visit the RoadRunner Password Reset Tool.

To reset your Password, select I know my Road Runner email password and I want to change it. You will be directed to Account Management where you can change your Password. To retrieve your Password, select I don’t know my Road Runner email password. You will be asked to enter your Email Address.

Enter your Road Runner Email Address and click the Submit button. (Note: the domain in your email address corresponds to your service area, such as username@ec.rr.com or username@nyc.rr.com.)

If you have not used the Password Reset Tool before, you will be asked to enter your Cable Modem MAC Address. Then click the Submit button.

If you have not done so before, you will be asked to select a Security Verification Question and provide an Answer to the question. Note: In the future, this answer will be used to verify your identity for Password retrieval.

Then click the Reset Password button. Your Password will be reset and display as a random 8-digit number.

If this is not your first visit to the Password Reset Tool, you will be asked to enter the Answer to your Security Verification Question. The upper/lower case characters must be an exact match.

Then click the Reset Password button. Your Password will be reset and display as a random 8-digit number.
