Getting Rid of Junk Email | Time Warner Cable

  1. In your Inbox, click the Settings button.

     

  2. Under Customize mailbox options, click Junk Mail options.

     

  3. Use the radio buttons to choose how you would like Junk Mail handled. It can be delivered as normal, delivered with the prefix “SPAM” in the subject field, placed in a Junk Mail folder or deleted.

     

  4. Click the OK button.
