Parental Control Blocked Settings | Time Warner Cable

  1. Please note that the link required to perform this function is only available on the Master Account.

  2. In your Inbox, click the Settings button.

     

  3. Under Manage mailbox settings, click Manage parental control.

     

  4. Enter the email addresses and/or domains you want to block.

     

  5. Under Blocked Mail Actions, use the radio buttons to choose whether you want the blocked mail Deleted or Forwarded to the Head of Household. If you are forwarding the blocked mail, use the drop-down menu to select where it should be placed.

     

  6. Under Other Mail, use the radio buttons to choose whether to Deliver, Delete or Forward all other mail. Any message that has not been identified as allowed or blocked falls into the Other Mail category.

     

  7. Click the OK button.
