BlackBerry Access to TWC Mail | Time Warner Cable

  1. Select the Setup icon.

  2. Select the Email Setup icon.

  3. Select Add.

  4. Select Other.

  5. Enter your email address and password.

  6. Select Next.

  7. Setup is automatic.  If automatic setup doesn't work, you can either re-enter your email address and password to try again or scroll down to enter your account information manually.

  8. Select I will provide the settings to add this email account and touch the Next button.

  9. Select POP/IMAP as the account type.

  10. Enter your email address and password.

  11. Select Next.

  12. You will see the Account Setup Confirmation screen. Note: If you are prompted to enter any server settings, they are provided below.

  13. Please configure text for this step.
  14. POP settings:

    Account Type: POP or POP3
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
    Incoming Server - POP3 port: 110
    Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
    Outgoing Server - SMTP port: 587
    Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address
    johndoe@[division].rr.com
    johndoe@roadrunner.com
    johndoe@twc.com
    Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as Web Mail)
    SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

  15. IMAP settings:

    Account Type: IMAP
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
    Incoming Server –IMAP port: 143
    Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
    Outgoing Server – SMTP port: 587
    Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address
    johndoe@[division].rr.com
    johndoe@roadrunner.com
    johndoe@twc.com).
    Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as Web Mail)
    SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked
