Moving Email Messages | Time Warner Cable

  1. To move a message to a folder, check the box next to the message in your Inbox.

     

  2. Select the folder to move it to from the Move message(s) to drop-down menu.

     

  3. To move a message from one folder to another, click on the folder that holds the message(s) you want to move in the left-hand column.

     

  4. Check the box next to the message(s) you want to move.

     

  5. Select a folder to move it to from the Move message(s) to drop-down menu.
