You can only view your upcoming appointments, including the date, arrival time and a description for the appointment, within the My Account tab of MyServices. Once logged into MyServices, click on the My Account tab, then scroll down to view appointment information.
Currently, you only can view open appointments within MyServices and you are not able to reschedule or cancel appointments. We are working to make every aspect of your account management easier, including future enhancements that will enable you to reschedule and cancel an appointment within MyServices.
