Transitioning from AOL Broadband to Time Warner Cable Internet Service


Time Warner Cable is pleased to welcome former AOL Broadband customers to our Internet service. As you may be aware, Time Warner Cable and AOL have been in contract to provide AOL customers with Time Warner Cable Internet service. While AOL provided the monthly billing for your service, it was a TWC-supported network that provided your Internet service. After this contract expires on February 28, 2013, AOL will no longer offer, or bill you for, Internet services from Time Warner Cable.

TWC is working with AOL to provide a smooth transition for the customers affected by this change. And we’re here to make sure you continue to receive uninterrupted Internet service. For details on how to quickly transition from AOL to Time Warner Cable Internet, please call us at 1-855-892-9988.

  • Access to TWC WiFi and partner hotspots is free to TWC customers with Standard Internet or above, Mobile Internet customers and Business Class High Speed Internet customers.
