Programming Your Remote

Remote Troubleshooting

If your Remote control is not working, please try the following:

1. Replace the batteries.
2. Check that there are no obstructions between the sensor on the cable set-top box and the transmitter on the remote control. There must be a clear line of sight between the box and the remote.
3. If the error message is number 1103 or 232, please Contact Us and tell us which number appeared.
4. If the error message has any other number, please reboot your cable set-top box.
