How to Read Your Bill

Your monthly cable billing statement gives you a listing of your charges, payments and credits. It also contains special messages, such as those regarding service or rate changes.

Please make sure the name and address on your monthly statement are correct. You may contact us at 706-687-6109 if you have changes to make to your account.

The following illustration gives an explanation of your bill.

Position your cursor over the item that you would like described.
The description of the item will pop up.
