Call Before You Dig

In order to protect yourself and underground cable lines, please note the following before digging on your property.

  • Does your home have underground cable? If you have no poles in your neighborhood, the cable is underground. If you have poles in your neighborhood, the only way the cable would be buried is if you had specifically requested and paid to have it placed underground.
  • If your cable is buried or you suspect there may be ANY buried service or utility lines, call us at least three business days prior to digging: 706-687-6109. We will provide information about any underground utilities or cable that may be on your property.
  • Again, the dangers of cutting a cable include damaging the cable which will need to be repaired at your expense, the inconvenience of a cable outage, and most serious of all, potential injury. So please, call before you dig!
