| Q: | | What web browser does Road Runner use? Can I use any browser I want? |

| A: | | Microsoft provides a customized version of the latest Internet Explorer browser to navigate Road Runner. If you do not already have it on your computer, our technician will install Microsoft Internet Explorer for you. You may choose to use another browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari). However, support for web browsers other than Internet Explorer will be provided on a best effort basis only. Other browsers are not recommended since not all third-party plug-ins will be supported by the Road Runner browser and, therefore, service becomes the user’s responsibility if they are installed. |
