Q:Can I pay my bill automatically with my bank account or credit card?
A:

You have three options to set that up—online, as a recurring payment from your bank account or in person at a cable store near you:

  1. With PayXpress, you can register online for access to pay your bill online, set up recurring monthly payments and see your bill online. 
  2. You can enroll in our PayBill Advantage option. Simply complete a brief form and send it to us. Time Warner Cable will inform your financial institution of the amount due and they will automatically deduct that amount on your cable statement due date. 
  3. Visit one of our cable stores and fill out the paperwork.
