TECHNICAL SUPPORT
You will have to contact the retailer where you purchased your console or the manufacturer of your console. Time Warner Cable WILL NOT provide support to your game console, only the connection from the outlet to your cable modem. Technical support is limited to the capabilities of the Level 1 team (i.e., they will ping your cable modem). Any support beyond that will need to be directed to either Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or the game console retailer.

ORDERING HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE WITHOUT A COMPUTER
If you would like to connect your game console to the Internet, you may order high-speed Internet service even if you don't own a computer. For PS2 users, you will need a network adaptor. For XBox users, you will need the XBox Live software upgrade, which was released Nov. 15, 2002.

PERFORMING SPEED TESTS
If you would like to run a speed test, you may do so only with a computer. You may not run a speed test from your game console. If you contact us at 1-866-321-CABLE, we can perform a ping test for you.
 
PLEASE NOTE
Time Warner Cable WILL NOT provide technical support to any game console. Technical support will be limited to the connection between the wall outlet and the cable modem. Also note that the information presented here is SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
