Moving can be a difficult time, and we understand that. Time Warner Cable has put together a few helpful hints to help make things a little easier along the way.

How to transfer my Time Warner Cable services:

  1. Determine whether you are moving within a Time Warner Cable area and can bring your equipment with you.
    • Be sure to ask about our “All the Best Package” including Digital Cable, Road Runner High Speed Online and Home Digital Phone Service.
  2. If you are moving to a new city and must return your equipment including your Digital Cable Set-Top and modem, you will need to visit us at one of our local Cable Stores in your old city. Find the Cable Store near you.
  3. Meet the installer on the day of installation at your new home.
  4. If you are experiencing any difficulties, simply contact us and we can help ensure your service is connected the day you move in.
