When you subscribe to Time Warner Cable’s Service Protection Plan (SPP), all applicable problems are repaired FREE* of charge regardless of charge. Currently, as part of our service to you as a customer, our technicians repair any service problem that is Time Warner wire-related free of charge. However, damage to wires caused by a customer or faulty inside house wire is charged at prevailing rates. Most repair calls could cost a minimum of $40.00. After the first hour, prevailing hourly and prorates (if applicable) will apply. You can avoid these possible repair charges by subscribing to one of our Service Protection Plans: Video and/or High Speed Data SPP.... $4.95/mo.* Here’s what’s covered under the Total Home Service Protection Plan (SPP): Free Service Calls- Save at least $40 each time we respond to a qualifying technical service call. We will repair Time Warner installed cable lines that are accidentally cut as a result of dog chews, gardening, property construction, etc. Free Home Telephone Wiring Repair- We will repair the standard telephone wiring and jacks activated upon installation inside your home should the need arise.** Rerun external cable drops where needed. Install house amplifier (equipment not included).
