When Time Warner Cable set out to design our new billing statements, we wanted to make your bill easy to read. We listened to the "experts," our customers, on how our bill should look. The result was a concise bill that makes understanding your Time Warner Cable account a snap.

We added special features, like a space that provides information on special discounts other businesses make available to you for being a Time Warner Cable customer.

Imagine what's next... Soon you will be able to see an online image of your individual billing statement. This will enable you to monitor your account and save copies of your billing statement on your PC. Watch this site for further developments.

Customer Code

Time Warner Cable billing statements now include a new "Customer Code", a unique identifier that we use to ensure the protection of your personal information.

If you subscribe to Time Warner Cable Digital Phone service, you will have to enter your "Customer Code" in order to register online to view your Digital Phone call details.
