Currently, as part of our service to you as a customer, our technicians repair any service problem that is Time Warner wire-related free of charge. However, damage to wires caused by a customer or faulty inside house wire is charged at prevailing rates. Most repair calls could cost a minimum of $30.00. After the first hour, prevailing hourly and prorates (if applicable) will apply.
