Service Protection Plan Agreement
- The terms and conditions of the Service Protection Plan may be modified at the sole discretion of Time Warner Cable.
- Time Warner Cable shall not be responsible for the operation, maintenance, programming or repairs of subscriber-owned equipment.
- Occasionally our technician may be unfamiliar with some of your equipment (such as big-screen televisions or universal remote controls) and may require that you contact the vendor or manufacturer for additional operating instructions.
- To take advantage of the Service Protection Plan, your account must be current (not delinquent) at the time any service/repair work is required or performed.
- If you cancel your subscription to the Service Protection Plan, there will be a 4-week waiting period upon resubscription to the plan before it will become effective.
- You must be a member of the Service Protection Plan before you can take advantage of the upgrade privilege bonus.
- The Service Protection Plan only applies to individual residential accounts and is not available to commercial accounts.
