Can I take my equipment with me?
Depending on where you are moving, you may be able to take your equipment with you.

Do I need to disconnect my old service?
If you are moving, you will need to transfer your service to your new address. Simply give us a call and we can handle the transition for you. Depending on where you are moving, you may need to bring your old box to one of our Local Offices. Click here to see a list of Local Offices near you.

I’m moving to a complex where Time Warner Cable service is included in the Home Owner’s Association dues, do I still need to order service with you?
Check with your Association. In many cases, your service may be active when you move in, but at a limited level. You may need to call us to add services like Digital Cable, Road Runner High Speed Online and Home Phone Service.

Do you have service in my new area?

Can I still pay my bills online?
If you are moving into a new area, you will need to register your new account number online to continue paying your bills online. Pay Your Bill Online.

Can I keep my email address?
Yes, as long as you are moving within the same general area. Road Runner users will not keep the same email address if moving out of their original Time Warner Cable service area. When you move to a different service area within Time Warner Cable, you'll still have a Road Runner address but your email will change. Please visit Road Runner for more details.

Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, as long as you are moving within the same general area. Simply give us a call at
888-84-CABLE and we can help you transfer your service.
