Using the i-Guide: find out everything you need to know about i-Guide, a new version of the TV Guide Interactive Program Guide (IPG) that is available to our customers with Motorola set-top boxes.

Installation and Wiring: provides step-by-step instructions and wiring diagrams for hooking up your terminal with or without a VCR, DVD and/or Surround Sound.

Remote Controls: provides information on all the functions of the different remotes offered by Time Warner Cable, including:

• instructions for basic use,
• codes that program your remote to control your TV, VCR and other home entertainment equipment, and
• instructions on changing the batteries.

CableCARD™: Information about Cable Card.

*To receive all services, Digital Cable, remote and lease of a Digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to Cable Card customers. DVR service is an optional service available for an incremental charge. Lease of a DVR set-top box required. HDTV set and HD terminal are required for HD service.
