Answer:

Transfer fees may apply. First, submit a Moves & Transfer Request Form online, which we use to determine if your new address is located in a TWC service area. After you have submitted the Moves & Transfer Request Form online and we confirm that your new address is located within the Time Warner Cable service area, you will receive an acknowledgment email.
