You will receive a master account name (for example, John Smith’s master email account might be jsmith1@city.rr.com) and password when you sign up for Road Runner. The master account name cannot be changed. You can set up a “friendlier” account name by creating a sub-account. You may choose your own sub-account name and password as long as it isn’t already taken by another user (for example, John Smith could set up an email sub-account as johnny@city.rr.com).
