Answer:
You will have to contact the retailer where you purchased your console or the manufacturer. Time Warner Cable does not provide support to your game console, only the connection from the outlet to your cable modem. Any support beyond that will need to be directed to either Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or other game console retailer.
