Customer Code Now On Billing Statements

Time Warner Cable billing statements now include a new "Customer Code", a unique identifier that we use to ensure the protection of your personal information.

If you subscribe to Time Warner Cable Digital Phone service, you will have to enter your "Customer Code" in order to register online to view your Digital Phone call details. Click here for more information on viewing your call details.

Note: Only new Digital Phone customers or existing customers who have not already registered online must use the code to set up their online accounts. Existing customers that have already registered online do not need to re-register.

For prompt processing of your payment, mail it to the P.O. box closest to your area. Include either your current billing statement or include your account number on your check or money order and mail to:
