Eligibility Requirements for Schools:

• School must be located in within the Time Warner Cable Northeast Ohio service area and have the proposed serviceable building within 125 feet of existing cable plant.
• School must be a K-12 private or public school accredited by the State of Ohio. 

• Public Schools must be in operation for two academic years prior to application for complimentary service.

• School must have a minimum of 50 students.

• School must have a majority of certified teachers.

• School must have a TV and/or computer that meet the requirements for the Road Runner service.

• Schools must use the complimentary service for academic purposes, not administrative.

 
*Construction and cost alternatives will be considered for schools more than 125 ft. from cable plant.  Shared expensed between the school and Time Warner Cable may be considered.

 *Time Warner Cable will refer an outside contractor for additional outlets, wiring and all other technical services upon request.

*Complimentary Cable and Data services can not be shared with non-Complimentary Cable partners.

*All High Speed Data equipment must be returned if services terminated for any reason.  Charges will be applied otherwise.

*Complimentary High Speed Data service can not be used for the administrative offices. (Additional service can be purchased with administrative approval.)

A Time Warner Representative will call to assist you in setting up an install time and arrange for any wiring or equipment that may be needed, and to discuss pricing and packaging, depending on your area and product selections.
