Time Warner Cable will repair and/or replace the equipment we use to provide your cable service at no charge. If you are experiencing problems, contact Customer Service to schedule a service call. Time Warner Cable does not repair personal equipment such as VCRs and televisions, and is only responsible for bringing service to the input of such equipment. [more]

Cable Care Plus

Cable Care Plus is Time Warner Cable of Maine’s home wiring maintenance plan that protects you from expensive service charges if your cable is accidentally damaged, and provides technical support - even a service call - if you need assistance hooking up new, cable-related equipment. Cable Care Plus costs only $2.00 per month, compared to hourly service charges of more than $37.00 per hour! [more]

Sports Blackouts

The FCC requires, that from time to time, Time Warner Cable "blackout" the signal importation of certain programs. We regret the inconvenience these mandated blackouts might cause.

"Adult at Home" Policy

Company policy is that our installers and technicians WILL NOT enter your home to perform any work if a responsible adult (at least 18 years old) is not present. If one of our technicians suspects the person is under 18 they will ask for an ID. If there is no ID the technician leaves the premises. An adult must be present the entire time the technician is in the home. We realize this may cause an inconvenience for some of our customers, but we feel this policy is essential to protect both you and our employees.

Home Wiring

You have options regarding the home wiring located within your residence that is used to provide cable service. Home wiring is the cable which runs from your TV set to a point approximately twelve inches outside of your residence unit. Home wiring includes extra outlets, splitters, connections and fittings or wall plates attached to the cable but does not include terminal devices such as converters, descramblers, A/B switches, parental lockout devices, and security devices.
