
Understanding Your Billing Statement
Front
The front of the bill features a summary at the top with your account number, service period dates, date due and amount due. Here's some information on how to read and understand your statement (fig. 1.09).
A. You local Time Warner Cable Customer Care phone number.
B. Service Period: Your service is always billed one month in advance.
It includes any charges from this period including any unpaid balances.
C. Service Address: This is your service address.
D. Account Number: This is your account number.
Please be sure to write this on your check or money order.
E. Current Charges Include: All payments and charges for the month.
F. Amount Due Now: Please make your payment for this amount.
G. These two sections include important messages regarding your services and bill.
H. Home Banking Number: This is the full number needed when using home banking.
I. Customer Code: This is needed to view your online statement and detail. Click here to enlarge.
J. Payment Slip: Please return this portion with your payment.
