University of Maine Advanced Cable Services Request

Time Warner Cable and Auxiliary Services are pleased to announce that Time Warner Cable will be providing cable service to all residence halls and University Park Family Housing for the 2008-2009 school year.  The activation of these services has been delayed but our staff will contact you just as soon as they become available.  Please provide us with the necessary information below and thank you in advance for your patience.  We are very proud to be your video provider at UMaine.

You can view the new channel lineup online which includes NESN, FOX Movie Channel, the Disney Channel, Fuse Network, Bravo, Country Music Television, National Geographic Channel and more. You do not need to complete the form below to receive the new channel lineup. For more information on the new channel lineup, please go to: http://www.umaine.edu/campuscable.

Residents of the University of Maine may also request additional services from Time Warner Cable at special rates. These rates apply to on-campus residents and residents of University Park Family Housing only. Billing for additional services is the responsibility of the student, and bills will be sent directly to the student from Time Warner Cable.

Digital Tier.....$9.95 per month - includes access to Pay Per View, Movies On Demand, Music Choice and Sports Packages. [View Channel Lineup] DVR Service.....$5.00 per month Premiums....$13.95 per month for the first premium, $9.95 per month for each additional. Choose from HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, The Movie Channel, or Starz. Includes the On Demand counterpart. HD Tier.....$4.95 per month - includes HDNet, HDNet Movies, MOJO and Universal HD Digital Sports Pak.....$1.95 per month - includes Fuel TV, Tennis Channel, College Nets and more Movie Plex .....$4.95 per month - includes Encore plex, IFC, Sundance and Flix Cable Card.....$1.75 per month - not all programming is available with Cable Cards. Section 3: Equipment Acknowledge

Please understand that as set forth in the Subscriber Agreement you will be provided, you are responsible for the payment of all services that you order from us and to return all equipment that you lease from us once service is terminated.  For more details you can review the Subscriber Agreement online.
