Storms can cause extensive damage and result in widespread cable outages. Time Warner Cable's restoration process focuses on a method that will return cable to the greatest number of customers as safely, quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Time Warner Cable prepares well in advance when severe weather threatens our area. We track the path of the storm to identify parts of our service area that may be affected. This allows Time Warner Cable to coordinate crews who can travel throughout the area as soon as possible to assist with restoration efforts. We also determine whether additional assistance is needed from other Time Warner Cable divisions.
