Vice President of Commercial Services

Donald Kosec is Vice President of Commercial Services for the Northeast Ohio Division of Time Warner Cable. He is responsible for the growth and profitability of the commercial services business in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, Kosec oversees the delivery of enterprise grade data and telephony solutions to commercial customers, providing state-of-the-art service to local businesses. 

Kosec has over 20 years of sales experience within the northern and mid-Ohio regions. Beginning in 1986 with AT&T, he achieved multi-million dollar revenue from private line service sales and integrating voice/data networks. Working as a Major Account Executive, Kosec’s client list included the largest plastic and rubber businesses in Northeast Ohio. He began his SBC Global Communications Inc career as a Data Sales Consultant, selling data network services and data communication equipment. Kosec elevated to senior management, leading a team of senior account managers who covered territories in Northeast Ohio.  In 2004, as the Global Sales Director, he successfully built a national/global team that covered the Ohio and Indiana market and attained 100% plus revenue growth during his tenure. Kosec assumed his current position as Vice President of Commercial Services in 2006 for Time Warner Cable Northeast Ohio, one of the largest cable divisions in the country.

With local roots in Northeast Ohio, Kosec graduated from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio with B.S. Degree in Engineering. He completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. Kosec is also a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) and holds his MMTA Convergent Network Technologies (CNT) Certification. 

Donald is married with three children and currently resides in Stow, Ohio.  He has been active in coaching Stow youth sports for over 10 years.
