
Donald A. Jensen
Vice President of Customer Care
Don Jensen is Vice President of Customer Care for the Northeast Ohio Division of Time Warner Cable, the nation's second largest cable television company. He oversees Time Warner’s customer care locations -- including the division call center in North Canton, employing nearly 200 customer care representatives. The company operates 14 walk-in service centers in Akron, Canton, North Canton, Green, Kent, Wadsworth, Lodi, Mansfield, Shelby, Norwalk, Alliance, Salem, Youngstown, and Warren.
Jensen is a 28-year veteran of the cable television industry, serving most of those years with Time Warner Cable. He held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Time Warner Cable’s Charlotte, North Carolina division, before assuming his current position as Vice President of Customer Care in November of 2002 with Northeast Ohio.
Jensen received a B.S. in Business from Florida State University. Jensen has been active in several different community organizations, including Boy Scouts, Junior Achievement and United Way.
Don resides in Lake Township with his wife Heidi, and their family.
