Existing Customer Instructions: Fill in the top of the Refer-A-Friend form and give the form to your friend.  When your friend is installed with Time Warner Cable, they should give the completed form to our Service Technician.  You will receive a credit on your bill for your choice of one month of Cable service, up to a $50.00 value, or one month of Road Runner service, up to $45.00 value. This offer applies to residential accounts only.  Your account must be active and current to receive the free month of Cable or Road Runner. Excludes applicable taxes and franchise fees. Only one free month of Cable or Road Runner is allowed in any three-month period.

Referred New Customer Instructions: Fill in the information on the bottom portion of the Refer-A-Friend form and call Time Warner Cable at one of the numbers below to schedule your installation.  Please mention that you have a Refer-A-Friend form for your free installation, then work with the customer service representative to create the best package of services, like Digital Cable, Road Runner high-speed internet service and Digital Phone.  Then, present the completed form to the Technician at the time of the installation.
